I don't think there is already a thread for this, actually!
At least his role was bigger this time than the first time he was in it - he was in a season five episode where he worked for Carrie Fisher at the Planet and was some kind of intern, I think. (I don't watch Smallville so I'm not really sure, even though I watched that particular episode!
